I guess unfortunately I have to give him a 1. Oh wow, this is the worst traumatic experience I have ever had. I think we should all get together and file a class action law suit for pain and suffering and being traumatized !!!! I may just get that together !! Too upset to go into every detail, but I think you get my drift !!
