Hw was the first Dr I had when I came to Eugene Oregon: This DR put a mental health diagnosis on my chart after a 20 minute appointment for a medical reason. There was no call for the diagnosis and I said nothing out of the ordinary. This is flat out racist discrimination. It was never addressed and the issue was side stepped by Peace Health!
