The building is okay, if you don’t mind garage doors breaking every week and overflowing garbage rooms on the weekend. Ants in your apartment, and service calls that never get answered. And a very very rude super, Tanya. They will gouge you for every single penny they can, all while being extremely rude and unfriendly. We have lived at William Mosgrove towers for 3 years now and really enjoyed living here! The staff is great and the building is always clean. Tanya and Bianca are always very pleasant to talk to and helpful! We will be sad to leave , but are looking forward to our new adventure at another Homestead building in Ottawa. We lived in this building for 1.5 years and we loved our apartment. It was an updated unit with nice view, especially during fall. The overall building management was good, we always got promt response as well as service as needed. Convenient location with parks, groceries and shopping mall nearby.
