Editing to add: Building is having construction work done on the outside for the next few years & noise is very loud Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm. We can no longer use our balconies and have had to change parking spots. I don’t know how anyone working from home, who has pets or children that nap during the day or who work overnights and sleep during the day, can cope with this horrible noise! BE Careful right now from 2025 to 2029 the building is under construction a lot of noise start 8 am to 6 pm if you have kids if you love your family don’t come here. The management put notice it’s Monday to Friday but it’s lie all Saturdays you can’t sleep your kids will never have peace of mind they will have mental issue for sure. It's a great place to live with amazing sightseeing views from the units and the fantastic staff, especially Tanya and Bianca. They are super helpful and always show the promptness in addressing maintenance requests. They quickly process the work orders and are always ready to assist.
