Dr McClellan and his group are wonderful! They actually care about your needs and try to find the best solution.
I was very impressed with the amount of time he took to explain my surgery. He showed me my x-rays and explained where the problem was on my spine . Everyone was very friendly.
I scheduled an appointment to see this Doctor specifically. After making me wait over an hour to be seen, his PA bust into the room and just starts talking. I interrupted her and said “I’m sorry I don’t have an appointment with you”, she says “oh, yep, Dr. McClellan will not see you since you are not getting surgery”. How does she know that? My back is a mess and I made an appointment to see a surgeon not a PA. She refused to let me see him, offered no help in figuring out what was wrong, misdiagnosed me, and denied informat... read more
