I made an appointment and i had to see a nurse bc doctor was too busy (i never met him) and then good luck making an appointment for the procedure, it has been 2 months and still waiting. Funny thing is you call them and they have no idea when will be availability to book a colonoscopy for you. This place is joke 🙄
The WORST doctors office for scheduling procedures and appointments. The people at the office are very rude.
Dr. Mayoral is an excellent and wonderful doctor, I’ll give him more than five stars , But his staff is unprofessional and incompetent. He been my doctors for many many years, and I never had a bad experience with his staff before.
