Be Aware! If you have a clause in Your insurance policy that says you can only claim $25,000 if you are in an accident with a driver with a suspended license, then DO NOT CALL THIS FIRM!!! We did not understand that this was in our policy. Mattar took our case. Waited almost 6 months, explained that because we had this clause, we could only go after $25,000. Then took their fee of $8000! We would have been eligible for the full $25000 without them. They say “no fee until we win”. They didn’t win!!! They only too... read more

William mattar should be charged for making the wrong hand signal for a right hand turn, (made left signal with right hand), in his latest tv commercial.
William Mattar came with his other lawyers to ECMC Hospital in Buffalo, New York took in the year 2016 Took my case I signed papers later on Mattar stole my injury insurance claim money I called him 20 times his secretary kept saying she left my messages Mattar or anyone one of his lawyers returned calls. Then after 1 Year Mattar finally answered the phone, and told me he was going to call the cops. I'm part owner of a corner store.
