Horrible! Arrived 20 minutes early, 1:15 for 1:40 appointment to establish a new primary care doctor with Dr. Malabre. I have very good health insurance, medicare part C and TFL. The 20 minute early arrival had enough paperwork to take up 5 minutes, waited another 35 minutes, 2:10, before "nurse" took my vitals and closed me in exam room. Waited until 2:40, 1 hour after my appointment, before I lost patience and walked out. I've removed my wife and I from their patient list. Looking for new doctor.
The office is friendly and professional. Christian has great patient care skills and communication. Dr. Malabre listens attentively, has gentlemanly, kind and friendly bedside manner! As a 35 year healthcare veteran, this practice is the way it should be! Thanks 😊
He is kind and spends time listening to his patients. My sister and I took my elderly dad for a problem visit we were both impressed wit his care.
Could not find a more caring doctor. I visited him since 1996, just left him 2023 because we moved.
I love Dr M. I've been a patient for over 20 yrs now! He's held all of my kids as babies, and now that my kids are older, he's their Dr too. He listens, evaluates, takes the time to make sure you're taken care of & validated. When no one else takes your health complaint seriously, He WILL.
