I have had such a wonderful experience working with this company. They've been so honest, telling me when something ISN'T a problem and when it is. Recently, I called and Bill came out to assess a strip of my roof that had peeled off. He looked at the weather and saw it was going to rain the next day. His crew had fixed it and done a full shingle tune up by that afternoon. I'm so grateful to have William Mackay Roofing in my area.

This is worst people who loot people only. They didnt fix my problem, and even my problem was made even bigger than what it was initially. They dont reply me, they dont provide support, but they will not pickup calls. They give 3 years warranty on paper but give 0 support. Don't use their service at any cost. thank you, it is an honest feedback of an affectee

Wonderful. Fantastic. Great. Will use them forever. I initially called WM Roofing for driveway sealant. Was really happy with what Henry had to say as well as his price (literally 1/3 of what at least one other estimate was), and even better, he said "Yeah, we also do gutter work and siding power washing". So we had them do it all!! Communication was great. And continues to be great. They did the work and I asked them to return a couple of months later for some minor "touch-up" sorts of stuff. They did so with no hesitation.... read more
