Both my wife and I have used this doctors office for our glasses this year and let me tell you what .. Rude! They lost my wife's glasses and now they're telling her it's going to be 10 more business days and they can't rush it unless we pay. We should we have to pay. She waited on those glasses for 3 weeks and now it's going to be 10 more days???? What a joke! Did I mention that the lady was so rude and very disrespectful! Update December 13th: still no glasses! Absolutely will not do business here again! Ordered glasses, waited 3 weeks to be told they were lost. The receptionist argued with me on the phone about how it's not their fault! Here I sit going on 4 weeks with no glasses and no idea when they'll be in and all this woman had to say is you'll have to call the lab. She was rude, condescending and loud. Do not recommend at all!
Everyone at the office is so friendly and helpful. I’ll never go anywhere else. Dr Miller is a gem
