Our family have been going to Pediatric Associates since it has been opened. We have known Dr. William Kendrick for over 20 years. He is an amazing doctor!! He has great bedside manners, so much patience and explains everything. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of all my children!!!

The visit, assistant that took vitals, tech that took blood and doctor were fine. What I did not appreciate was the other staff talking about their personal business (not taking their birth control and might be pregnant and cursing (B#$%^, what the F$#%,) along with other explicit curse words in a place of business surrounding children. and the fact that now they have to sign in/out via computer and not the time clock and being irritated by that, customer service is key.
