This review is amended from my initial review. I had an outstanding first visit with Dr Hannay and Proliance Orthopedic Associates’ Maple Valley, WA location. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the gentleman that did my initial screening, to Dr Hannay and the XRay Technician were incredibly nice and welcoming. Dr Hannay quickly reviewed my XRays and previous MRI and shared several promising options for treatment of my left knee pain, pending a more recent MRI to be scheduled. Great surgery went for my Achilles, Dr. Hannay did a awesome job I will definitely be recommending people to see him.
I have always had a great experience coming to Proliance in Renton. Everyone is always extremely nice and Dr. Hannay who I have been seeing for my hip problems, I’ve been having has been very nice, caring, and patient. I really appreciate that he’s been cautious and not jumping into anything right away. I also appreciate that we both came to the conclusion and decision together to do surgery on my hip. All around I’ve had a great experience every time and I would definitely recommend this place!
