Unprofessional, unethical and mean--shameful behavior – Very short-sighted management. They'll do corrupt things like the "broken mirror door" trick. Where upon move-out in the final walk-thru suddenly "mirrors" are broken?!? One must take pictures of EVERYTHING, with witnesses as it is common to have mystery damage discovered after you are gone. Another regular is the "water damage" claim in the laundry area. Ask them for a receipt for your insurance purposes...they won't be able to provide one. It's a shame that a company ... read more

Management will rob you blind – I leased from the Arbors in Lake Forest for over a year. During the final walk though I was treated like the ugly step child. My apartment was cleaner then the day I moved in and they still charged me $145 for a full clean on a 900 sq ft apt. Then after I received my copy of the final walk through I was mailed a revision for an additional charge of $134 for a broken mirror closet door that wasn't broken when I moved out. Poor customer service; not considerate to tenants needs – One of properties (Sedona Apt) belonging to Lyon have poor qualities toward tenants' needs/requests. Management is responsible to take appropriate action when service rendered is not satisfactory - ranging from poor workmanship, incompetence, and management's demonstrated style of being inconsiderate.
