I am pretty new to Dr Long, but I really like the more hands on approach and he's very proactive
I have been disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the office staff. My calls have not been returned in a timely manner, even after specifically requesting to speak with the office manager. Clear communication and professionalism are extremely important in a medical setting, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
Everything was fine. I feel like Dr. Long listens and understands concerns.
Dr Long was wonderful! Attentive, made you part of the decisions on your care. Looking forward to many years under his care.
