Great service. I've been buying vehicles from William and his team my entire life. I always refer him to friends and family. Friendly people at this place.
Very likeable people. Religious and very friendly. Only met a couple if times and made me feel like I had known them for years.
This is an amazing dealership to work with. I reached out to them and they responded immediately and had the car ready and waiting for me to check out. They were friendly from start to finish and answered all my questions. It did not feel like I was buying from a dealership, it felt more like I was buying from people I knew. Highly recommend for a relaxed, honest experience buying a car!
I'd give this place negative stars if I could. My wife and I bought a car from this place and had it for less than 30 days before it just shut down. We first took it to the mechanic associated with the lot located down the road, and he said he "had no idea what to do, he'd never seen this before." What a great mechanic he was. We then paid to have it towed to another shop, where it stayed for 2-3 months, as they tried and tried to identify the problem. Extremely satisfied with selling my Toyota Tacoma to William, who bought it sight-unseen three hours away from his shop. He was very patient with my questions and concerns, thoroughly walking me through the entire process. His transporter came to where I live in the Outer Banks and we finalized the transaction from there, which was also very easy.
