He is a very caring and the most gentle dentist I have ever had
Good dentist, however, his front desk staff lacks professionalism. You will only find out they are out of network, (they are not in any network) after you receive services and billed $125.00 for a simple cleaning. The staff will let you know they do not belong to any networks but only after you receive service. I will never go back to this dental office and would not recommend it to anyone. I am only giving one star because the review will not let me give zero stars.
Office does not inform patients they are out of network, allowing them to charge you anything they want. I have been a patient there for years, however, I will never go back. First bill they sent said it was 30 days past due. I am so disappointed with the office staff.
Office staff does not inform you they are not in network. You find out when you get a bill for a large amount for a routine visit. Will never go back to this office. Very disappointed.
