It was an absolute pleasure working with Bill. He came highly recommended by a good friend who is a realtor in Dallas, and from my very first meeting with him, I understood why. Great to have Bill's counsel & area expertise. He led us to a home that was just what we wanted! Super to work with!
We loved working with Bill! He is incredibly genuine, candid and trustworthy, and he always acted in our best interests. He has a strong and deep understanding of the housing market. And he is kind, considerate, flexible and very patient. We looked for quite some time, and Bill made the process very enjoyable with an excellent sense of humor. We give him the highest recommendation!
Bill's marketplace knowledge and relationships made it possible for me to find the perfect home (with spectacular mountain views) and make an offer before the seller had a chance to list it for sale. I hadn't purchased a home in over 20 years and Bill made the process easy for me with his calm, even keel demeanor. Bill is detail-oriented, and his follow-through is quick and efficient. I give my highest recommendation and praise. See photo, my view from patio.
Working with William was such an easy and awesome experience. Even during an unpredictable and changing market he used his expertise to market and sell our home quickly. His attention to details, excellent communication and genuine personality throughout made the process easy and worry free. We highly recommend William.
