I have purchased two homes with Bill. He's the best realtor I've ever worked with. He's patient, and thorough, and detail-oriented, and knows all the processes of buying a home in Palm Springs. It's a tough market right now; low inventory. So when you find something, you have to act fast. Bill was always available to write contracts quickly, and see the plusses and minuses in a listing. Just an excellent guy.
