Dr Ward was to asked to review my husband’s case in the hospital. He came to see him when he was in the shower, the doctor walked Galway in the room, the nurse said he’s in the shower, the doctor pivoted on his back heel and said with his back to us “welp, guess I’ll see him tomorrow”. The nurse messaged him to return and he refused. My husband has been coughing up blood after being intubated from a surgery for two days. We waited to see him for two days. Very disappointed in Dr Ward’s office. I contacted his office trying to get in touch with him and I get a voicemail saying leave a message and someone will return your call. I’ve called and left a message several times and I’ve never gotten a return call. I’m going to Temple lung center.
