I have used Dr Pintauro for about 8 years. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and answers all my questions. I trust him 100%.
The staff is unforgivably rude. They demanded full payment for my first visit on arrival of my second visit. But they had yet to send me a bill, and the explanation of benefits (EOB) from my insurance had yet to arrive. I explained I would pay the bill in full as soon as I received the EOB and compared it to their bill (as discrepancies are common). StayAway !!!!! this guy is a jerk. A friend of mine recently had a very serious urology problem and went in to see this all about the money Dr. It was a cancer type issue. My dear friend was called and said you need to be in to see the doctor first thing Monday morning. That night all his friends in the community of faith were praying that everything be okay. He went in to see the doctor as directed. The doctor seen him for 3 minutes and the doctor says everything is just fine. Of course, whe
Knowledgeable and caring. Takes the time to go over everything and explain clearly and concisely. Stays on top of his game and is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I've met. I've been going to him many years and I am confident I am in good hands.
Great things I heard from Dr.Pintauro. However the receptionist has no customer service skills. Not very helpful. Due to her bad attitude I chose to go and see another provider.
An amazing Dr. He got me thru a tough time and stuck with me. A true genuine kind,informative Dr/ person.
