ERIKA answers the phones in the back. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr Kuo after my husband had an MRI that showed cancer. I was terrified. Dr Kuo was out of the office Friday and Monday. ERIKA got us in Wednesday afternoon. She validated my feelings, offered kind support and showed compassion. I felt like she cared about getting my husband seen as quickly as possible. I did not feel that way about anyone else at Carondolet so far. We’ll see how the doctor is when we see him today

Went in for an appointment with Dr Kip and receptionists quickly checked in. Dulce and Maribel did all the vitals and got everything ready for Dr Kuo in a professional manner. Great medical Assistants and Doctor!
