I felt completely comfortable discussing my medical issues with him. He is an attentive listener who takes the time to understand my concerns without making me feel rushed. His empathetic approach makes it easy to open up about health matters.
Everything was great. We were taken promptly. The nurse was very efficient informative and friendly. Dr Kowal as always was very thorough, informative, and friendly. We feel very privileged to have Dr Kowal as our primary.
The intake reception was quick and easy with only a short wait before being called for my appointment. Everyone was professional and yet maintained a friendly atmosphere. As for Dr. Kowal I couldn't ask for a better physician. He has always been caring, considerate and taken the time to making sure I am in good health, my meds are up to date, and listens to and addresses any concers i may have.
Dr Kowal does a great job of keeping up with my changing health needs.
