Dr. Echelmeyer is both a good doctor and a personable human being. She prefers to aggressively treat inflammation but is willing to listen to patient input in determining a treatment plan. I have been under her care for a bowel condition for several years now and feel that I am doing well under her care. I've also received multiple colonoscopies from her and have no complaints about any of them.
I was very happy and pleased with this doctor. He has a great bedside manor and addressed all of my concerns . I would Truely recommend him to others and am very pleased to follow up with him. I recieved excellent advise about my procedures. That I Truely understood. And I felt he cared about my well being as his new patient. Over 6 years as a patient of Dr. Mettu, I’m benefiting from his medical skill both in analyzing my sleep problems and determining a correct course of action. He expertly guided my journey through overnight sleep studies (which revealed significant sleep problems), selection of CPAP equipment, and monitoring the sleep patterns recorded by my machine. I have been seeing dr mettu for about 8 years for my sleep apnea. It has been a great relationship. He is a kind, caring professional doctor. He is always willing to listen to what's going on with my sleep issues and wanting to resolve my problems so I am at my best. I feel he spends the appropriate time with me for my care. My husband also goes to Dr mettu for sleep apnea. I would HIGHLY recommend him if you have sleep apnea or any sleep issues.
I have been treated by Dr. Mettu for five years for sleep apnea. He has helped me tremendously! I was falling asleep during the day, including while attempting to work or drive. I couldn't watch tv without falling asleep. Dr. Mettu's treatment and prescribed sleep apnea machine has produced good sleep and restored me to being able to fully function.
