Dr. Kennedy fit me into his full schedule last minute to address an issue that was resolved but recently flared up again. He is a friendly, caring and competent doctor who is busy, but fits you in because he cares about your health.

I will only ever see Dr. Kennedy as an ENT again. He is professional, listens to the patient, and within a short window of time provides patient informed secondary care decisions. He is humble in his expertise and considers patient informed decisions. He follows up with patients and respects their autonomy. Patients bring a wealth of expertise to the table to include understanding their own bodies and sometimes treatment modalities. I was always heard and that is what patient care is all about.
