I love the the office staff and most importantly Dr. William Kats. The receptionist was able to fit me in schedule very quickly. The staff was very accommodating, warm and helpful. Dr. William Kats' personality and expertise made me feel very confident and comfortable. I'm glad I found the dentist I can take my entire family to.
I've been seeing Dr. Kats since he started with the practice in Downers Grove - at least 15 years. I have had a lot of dental work and see him 3 times a year for cleaning and check ups even though my insurance only pays for 2 visits. He has done restorative work on my front teeth, which are crowns, that made me happy to smile again. His crowns ALWAYS fit wonderful and you can't tell they are there. I have been seeing Dr. Kats for over 2 years and have never had an unpleasant visit. His staff is friendly, helpful and have a professional way of explaining procedures and fees in terms anyone could understand-I have never had any surprises with treatment or cost. I recommend Tower Dental to anyone who asks where I got my fabulous smile!
I can honestly say that I no longer fear or dread going to the dentist since I've started going to Tower Dental and Dr. Kats. I know that I will be greeted by the same friendly faces and treated with the upmost respect and given the attention I need. Every appointment is incredibly thorough and nothing is left guessing. I know that as soon as I walk in the doors until I leave and even after my appointment, my dental health is their number one priority and I greatly appreciate that!
