At first I thought to walk out because I was in so much pain and I could here two men talking one I presumed one to be the doctor. I was in tears but when the doctor finally came in and assured me he would do everything in his power to make me feel better (and he did)I started to feel at ease. I've been Dr. Sims' patient for 27 years. I have always been more than pleased with Dr. Sims' ability and his ethical approach to dentistry. I always know that I am in good hands and wouldn't go anywhere else!

They took the time to explain every procedure and did not try to pressure me into getting any additonal work done. I've been a patient of Dr. Sims since moving to Charlotte in 1990. He and his staff are very professional and are very good at their profession. The cleaning I recently had went very good, as expected.
Karen always does a great job cleaning my teeth although I have a sore mouth afterwards is only because I don't floss like I should. I've been coming to Dr. Sims for over 20 years and have been very pleased with the work he has done on my teeth. He doesn't pressure me to have work done only scares me into it. "Just Kidding" my teeth look great he does beautiful work.
Karen is amazing at cleaning my teeth and always provides great feedback and advice and something I can improve on. Dr. Sims is always efficant and professional and takes the extra time to make you feel like he really cares! I love this place!

Dr. Sims is a wonderful dentist with a supportive and caring staff. I have a number of dental issues and he is working with me patiently and comprehensively to get them all taken care of. I highly recommend him for thorough, detailed and trustworthy dental care.
