I ordered flowers to be delivered at Thiel College for my daughter’s birthday. When I found out that they weren’t delivered by 4 PM that day, I was upset. I did receive a call from Dana around 5 PM explaining that they were under a tornado warning and running behind. She did try to get in touch with my daughter to deliver, but my daughter was unable to. They delivered the following day & the flowers were beautiful. I recently placed an order through 1-800-Flowers for my mother's anniversary. It's been 4 years since my father passed, so I wanted to make her feel special. I placed the order online on a Thursday evening, and paid a small upcharge to have the flowers delivered 3 days later on Sunday. I received a confirmation from 1-800-Flowers advising that not only could they accommodate my request, but they could have the delivery moved up a day, to Saturday. Saturday came and went.
