when i called the receptionist was very rude and impatient. obviously i'm having a hard time, which is why i'm seeking counseling. the lady was asking personal questions very rudely. i think she should work someplace like the DMV... i chose to hang up the phone and now i will look elsewhere for the help i am voluntarily seeking.
