We were referred to Dr Jordan from an kther friend / doctor, and were very happy that we were able to see him so quickly for my son’s leg, which suffered a tibia fracture . We opted for the rod surgery and he was great with talking us through each step which helped ease any anxieties. Surgery went well and once home, with having some questions regarding post surgery and home care he was extremely fast and willing in answering any questions. This doctor is not someone that I'd consider for another appointment. He's rushed, rigid, and wasn't interested in addressing what I came there for. I was referred to an incompetent physical therapy group. Reading his rebuttals to other one star posts, it's very clear that he believes he's never been wrong about anything. I suggest that you read the other one star reviews on Healthgrades, etc. Five people have agreed with this post...out of 33 total views. Upon arrival I was told my appointment had been cancelled and that someone had talked to me that morning. No true. No communications whatsoever except text from day before confirming my appointment. Finally was told you had to “fix” your system and I had an appointment only to be told that I needed to fill out paperwork per yearly update protocol which could have been done in advance electronically or at least be told to arrive early first appointment. Dr.Jordan was rude and uncaring. He made me feel like I was a waste of his time! I have had 2 visits and will never go back! Both visits he made me feel I wasted his time! I will never recommend or refer anyone to him. His staff at both clinics were super! Him, not at all.
