I had cervical C4/5 and C5/6 fusion. Dr Jeong and his staff were the best decision. His bed side manner was very professional, he answered all my questions, and took his time discussing all my options before the surgery. He stood by me through every decision. Never pressured me into surgery as a statistic. He followed my recovery and rehab and was very helpful and considered my decisions, and was able to help me make decisions without added pressure. One of the most caring Drs I’ve ever seen.
I met Dr Jeong a few montha ago, but knew from that 1st meeting I would trust him with my health. I have never met a specialist more kind, caring and personable. I found his manner unlike any dr ...he sat and talked with me, then included my husband. We were truly a team as I had cervical spine surgery last week. As for his office they are truly caring and professional. I would recommend this dr highly!
