Dr. Jaffe is a good person and caring doctor but his group's support staff is horrible with their customer relations and service They overcharged my wife $90 on November 25, 2025 and we are still fighting to get reimbursed. They also took three days after I had an emergency room visit for a needed medication. Would not recommend Biltmore Cardiology.
Dr Jaffe is a great doctor. However, he is never even close to being on time. We usually have to wait an hour past the scheduled appointment time to see him. This is not acceptable. We will be looking for another cardiologist.

Dr. Jaffe is attentive, knowledgeable and very personable! A great trifecta when dealing with the heart!!
