A few days prior to my appointment with Dr. Wengs I happened to stumble upon a bunch of reviews. Most of which were negative. However, I like to make my own judgement when it comes to such things. My experience was nothing but positive and I look forward to working with Dr. Wengs and his staff. I don't know what the complaints were for. Dr. Wengs listened, tested, explained clearly...He was gentle, attentive and knowledgeable as well as possessing a dry wit. I would highly recommend him to others. Also, his office assistant (his lovely wife Amanda) is helpful and efficient. The office is not pretentious. A bonus for me, is that Dr. Wengs has some of his dogs behind the check-in desk, and I love animals and people who love them.
He appeared to be more qualified as a Neurologist than the other Neurologist in Santa Fe.
STAY AWAY! The doctor was rude, condescending, dismissive......didn't address the problem of my leg weakness, balance issues, wobbly gait. First time visit totaled 15 minutes during which time he never watched me walk. That was THE REASON I was there. Waited 7 weeks for this appt. Total waste of time and $.

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
