I was in emergency room Sunday with kidney stone with extreme pain have been trying for 4 days to call - this morning some very rude woman called and I tried to explain no one had answered the phone and my doctor could not even get thru - she hung up on me! Rude, unprofessional, unacceptable and they should fire her!
