Sorry for the long review, but it relates to a very long history: It's now been 25 years since Dr. Bill played a huge role in preserving my future after a (non-displaced) broken neck in March '97. The mid-late 20th century equipment & attitude by the staff of nameless medical on hand the night of the accident caused doctors at this facility to misdiagnose a hairline fracture at the top of my spine as no more than a relatively simple concussion.
