I am someone who gets super anxious going to the dentist. I avoid it at all costs to be honest. I just had a deep cavity filled with Dr. Ratz and it was the best experience I’ve had with a dentist… EVER. I felt no pain at all, it was quick and easy, and Dr. Ratz and his dental assistant made me feel so comfortable and not anxious whatsoever. I cannot recommend him enough!!!!
Wish there were 6 stars to give! That's what Dr. Bill Ratz and everyone at Dental Associates of Basking Ridge are worthy of! From the receptionists, to the dental hygienists, and Dr. Ratz himself, they make the experience more than pleasant! They take the time to explain everything to you and you never feel like your being rushed! Also, a shout out for Dr. Dorfman who recently did some periodontal work on me. She was amazing and I'm confident that the cost of the procedure was well worth it!

I am returning to Dr. Ratz after being assigned to Medicaid and, for financial reasons, being forced to seek treatment at Morristown Medical Center's Dental Clinic (which accepts Medicaid). Dr. Ratz's technology found three cavities, while MMC's Dental Clinic only found one. My family decided to get the money together for Dr. Ratz's treatment because his technology is more advance, and atmosphere is more pleasant. The whole family's been going there for years, and we are very pleased with the service.
