Arrived at 2:50 PM for a 3 o'clock appointment. Was taken into examining room by nurse to get all my info updated in computer, blood pressure, and simple eye test. All done by 3:20. Than taken to another room and sat there for another 1 1/2 hours waiting for the doctor!! He came into the room at 5 o'clock! No one Ever came into the room with updates as to why we were waiting so long. I asked a nurse in the hall how much longer the wait would be and was told we are a "little" behind. Dr. Mallon has built a wonderful eye care practice! All of the doctors and staff members are knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Mallon did my cataract surgery last year. I've had numerous follow up appointments with him. He is always attentive, knowledgeable and takes time to carefully answer my questions despite his very busy schedule! In addition to being a top notch eye doctor he really shows that he cares! Highly recommend Dr. Mallon and this practice!
