Great doc, friendly helpful office staff.
I have been a very happy patient of Dr. Kapla & Jeffery Mendes for over 4 years. The office staff Kris & Azi are wonderful. Dr. Kapla has gone above and beyond for me so many times. They always squeeze me in when I have a more urgent matter, I never wait more then 5 minutes. He has a calm caring bedside manner. I highly recommend everyone in this office.
One of the worse doctor's office I have ever been to. Since day one my medicines are no properly ordered my Kapla, as well as the past few months it has been a battle trying to get my meds refills. It's hard when you're relying on your meds everyday, but yet you can't get it refilled, cause they have you down for no refills. Also, trying to get messages back from the office we a nightmare, as I would have to wait a time to hear anything. This office said I need to see a liver specialist regarding my liver.
