i had to get this surgery done before starting chemo and he dropped the ball after the guy he sent me to, dr glen donnarumma did his part, leaving me with no teeth and way behind cancer treatments,

i went to see dr farcielle due to some cancer related problems. he sent me to another dentist who removed several teeth and he sent me back to faricellie. i made 3 appointments that he cancelled, eventually his receptionist told me i'd have to see another dentis. i have cancer and the oncologist wanted me to get the dental fixed prior to chemo. he left me in an awful place.

I recently moved to Amherst and was trying to find a new dentist and tried Dr. Faricellie because he took my dental insurance. He told me I needed a deep cleaning procedure done. He then told me I had two cavities. When I went in to have the cavities fixed I was told my copay would be $640 for the two cavities. I left unable to afford this copay and called my insurance company who said it should for no reason cost that and they advised me to see someone new. I entered the office and the first thing I noticed is how clean and nice the office is. The staff is very caring and friendly. I am scared to death of dentists, my dentist growing up was Dr. Hurtz, and he did HURT!! I was anxious, but Dr. Faricelllie put me right at ease. He is friendly, kind and caring. He explains everything very well, and his work is exceptional. I had some tooth colored fillings done and he was so genlte, I didnt feel a thing, and they look great!
