Unprofessional and will not come back again. I scheduled an appointment for a filling a week in advance. I showed up for my appointment and Dr. Htun took a look at my x-rays for the damaged teeth and said it would take 45 mins to do and since he was booked all day, he couldn't fit me in and had to reschedule. It was unprofessional for the clinic to have me come in person and tell me to reschedule because they were booked that day when I already had an appointment. I’m a new patient and I’m really happy that I found this location. As someone who dreads going to the dentist, Dr. Htun is very thorough and gentle with the cleanings. Highly recommended!
I’ve been coming here since I was a child, and I never had any complaints! I especially loved the box of toys that I could pick out of after each of my visits. Dr. Htun filled in my cavities and cleaned my teeth every 6 months. I appreciate that he suggested me to get braces / Invisalign for my slightly crooked teeth, but he didn’t pressure me to get them. Shoutout to his assistants and receptionist, Ashley! Everyone is always so friendly.
