I picked up a William Henry at a local shop and while I was messing around with different scales, I lost a screw. I contacted customer service and got Bill’s voicemail. That was automated call tree to voicemail in less than 20 seconds; I can live with that. Bill got back to me a few days later and got me the screws. He sent me 4 free of charge. Great customer service.
The most amazing materials and knives. Truly beautiful stuff.
Went in to have a bell engraved, was told they only engrave their own product even though the sight says jewelry and a list of other things.
