Always happy with the quick and accommodating service at WH Lee. My son's first 1/4 size rental violin from them did not agree with my ears. I went back two weeks later and they were nice enough to swap it out for a more mellow 1/4 size with no additional fee.
Very friendly and helpful staffs. We've rented cello since 2016 and purchased a full size cello last year. The whole experience is very pleasant.
