We worked with Liz to purchase a 15” Viola. She was absolutely wonderful to work with! She’s actually usually at the Chicago location, but was more than willing to meet up with us in Wilmette since it was closer for us coming from Milwaukee. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions thoughtfully and respectfully. She never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or being a bother. Always happy with the quick and accommodating service at WH Lee. My son's first 1/4 size rental violin from them did not agree with my ears. I went back two weeks later and they were nice enough to swap it out for a more mellow 1/4 size with no additional fee.
Very friendly and helpful staffs. We've rented cello since 2016 and purchased a full size cello last year. The whole experience is very pleasant.
