The short version: Dr. Biggs and her staff are amazing The slightly longer version: I've been putting off dental work for YEARS because of multiple horrible dental experiences. I spent 8 hours in a dental chair years ago, and I haven't been able to suffer a dentist since. Professional, super friendly!
Love my hygienist Heidi! She does a great job on my teeth and is a joy to be around.
I had posted a negative review and was told to take it down if i wanted to continue as a patient. Not very patient friendly. They like to lecture their patients on poor dental care.
Today was my first visit here and normally I would be a wreck. Dr. B was so understanding, non judgemental and made me feel at ease. Dr. B's assistants were also helpful and nonjudgemental. It'll take a miracle for what I need done to be approved through insurance. Nonetheless, I believe that Dr.B will do everything within her power to help make the miracle happen. If you need a new dental home I recommend setting up your appointment.
