Dr.Rossy is a very good shoulder surgery surgeon..Great doctor.
The experience with the doctor was fine; however, my interaction with the front desk was disappointing. There were two staff members present. One was actively assisting a patient with scheduling an appointment, while the other was working at her computer. I stood at the counter for over six minutes without any acknowledgment. She never looked up or asked if I needed help. In most offices, staff will make eye contact, signal you to come forward, or at least ask if you are being helped. None of that happened here.
