Dr. Long is a very professional doctor. All his staff is not bad. They have issues with sending in your prescriptions. But I experience something totally different today. I had an issue with a prescription, I had talk to one of his nurses. Jamie. After a month, you would have thought that somebody could have explain the issue to you. The Dr is good but the nurse takes weeks to call in prescriptions. Very poor service if you need prescriptions fast. Also once the prescription was written wrong and I had to tell her how to write it because CVS would not take it like that. She argued then I got CVS on the phone and she had to rewrite the prescription... This is a place you actually have to go to every day to fuss about them not filling prescriptions, calling does no good! They will put a note on the nurses desk and she will take 2 weeks to get to it.

Staff is terrible! It takes forever to get them to call in or write prescriptions as well as setting appts with other specialists. I have to literally go there every day until it's done bc they never call back.
