Terrible! Paid him because he seemed nice - never got through to him for almost two months! Emails, backup emails to office, phone messages... Finally called office to ask what was wrong and she said she would have to hang up if I am excitable. Every piece of mail from the other side sat on someone's desk the whole time. I had to make appointments for a phone call! I never was told what was going on! I sent emails for him to send to other side, never did.
