By far the worst “medical” practice in the treasure valley. The staff is rude, the doctor dismisses your concerns. They messed up two urine samples. The first one they said they messed up and we would have to come back. The staff was rude and said we had to make an appointment. Took off work to come back in and they messed it up AGAIN! First off, I hate going in to get seen for anything. The front desk and lobby are clean, organized, and the people polite. When I was called on to be seen the staff in the back was super friendly and seemed caring. The main Doctor seemed pretty abrasive or bothered I even said something in the room where he just kindled chuckled at me like "whatever dude" kinda attitude. My husband spent the night in the ER and then we were referred to this clinic for his kidney stone pain. The doctor in this clinic told us that he had a 7 mm stone and that he had a 20% chance of passing it. He then said we needed to schedule an appointment for a month later. We ended up in the emergency room two more times in the week after that before a doctor at a different hospital removed his kidney stone and told us that it was "impossible to pass".
