I have been here for 15+ years. He discovers my potential issues early and gets straight to the solutions. He speaks to me directly in his office and not while I am on the table about what I need. The staff is courteous and very comforting to be around which as good for me because I am always nervous about having an exam even though I have already had two children. His website states how he and his staff are so caring, compassionate, understanding, and the quality of service is of the utmost importance. Time and money were the only things we saw that was of the utmost important to Dr. Cooper.
I have been seeing Dr. Cooper for about 6 years now. He is amazing. He has always taken the time to answer all of my questions so that I can make informed decisions. His bedside manner is 5 star. I love the office staff. They are caring and wonderful to work with.
Does not listen. Does not take up enough time with his patients. Staff does not follow up with patients. Dr. Cooper is really proud of his position and his pride becomes a problem.
Yep, that sounds just like Dr. Cooper. He is very proud of his position. He nor his staff followed up on us either, then they were surprised when we called them 3 months later to tell them we were pregnant. They said "we wondered what had happened to you". Really, why didn't you call to check on us if you were so worried? Dr. Cooper referred us to Glenn Mead Center for Women's Health. What a difference. Wish we would have gone there to begin with. Extremely disappointed, especially since Dr. Cooper had such a good reputation. Outdated practice, outdated building, outdated equipment, outdated staff, but most of all, outdated methods. I am sorry that you are being forced into retirement because of failing eyesight, but it's time. Seems like you couldn't let go of the door knob long enough to listen to us. I went into see Dr. Cooper due to such heavy periods. He suggested a partial hysterectomy. I came out of surgery after about 3 hours and my husband was told I had to be cut into rather than a vaginal assisted hysterectomy. My color was grey and I had trouble breathing. I was told by Dr. Cooper that my lungs had collapsed and later told that was normal. When he took out my stitches my stomach had a hole in my stomach you could stick your finger in. Dr. Cooper and his staff we knowledgeable, compassionate, and always completely honest with me. I would recommend Dr. Cooper everyone.
Dr Cooper was seemed very proud of his position and didn't seem to care about me as a patient. In the beginning, he started out like he seemed I care and later just started doing unecessary surgeries and never seemed to have an answer or diagnosis for the reason I was having issues. He was just not very skilled or very caring.
