Dr. Grupp has done a lot of cosmetic treatments and many other procedures as well for me over the years. He is a top notch dentist in every way. He actually cares. He is never in a hurry. Additionally the staff are wonderful people; Maggie, Theresa, Summer and Courtney too. I actually like going to the dentist, can you imagine?
Dr. Grupp is probably the best dentist I have ever been to when it comes to communication, occlusal knowledge, endodontic knowledege and the ability to do great restorative work but also be able to provide my children with great preventative care.
I have seen many dental professionals from general practitioners to endodontists/prosthodontists/cosmetic dentists. Dr. Grupp seriously surpasses them all. He is wonderful to his staff, his patients and has extensive knowledge of endo/prosthodontics/cosmetics and general dentistry including how to fix major occlusal issues. I am so grateful to have found him and his practice to work on my very difficult case requiring extensive knowledge of all aspects of dentistry. He is a blessing.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Grupp and his staff. Dr. Grupp has more knowledge about cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, occlusion, restorations and just about everything you could want your dentist to know, than any other dentist I've ever been to. And I have had TONS of dental work and horrible to decent dentists/endodontists/prosthodontists and Dr. Grupp is way, way above the standard of most dental professionals.
A new hygienist at this practice *destroyed* the enamel on my teeth, in one visit. I suddenly had to use Sensodyne, after never having any issues with sensitivity, for my whole life. To add insult to injury, I got billed for the lead dentist's time, even though he only stopped by for a few seconds. Avoid.
Dr. Grupp and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. They are dedicated to maintaining a clean and safe office. I was at the office this morning and was impressed with their attention to detail. I highly recommend Dr. Grupp’s practice.
I've been a patient with Dr. Grupp and Theresa (hygienist) for almost 20 years. They are unfailingly courteous, timely, proficient, and attentive to my questions and needs. Pain management techniques are state of the art. Easily, they are the best dentistry services I have experienced. Their office is modern, very well equipped and, especially during this pandemic period, they show the highest commitment to sanitary and infection-control practices.
Such an amazing staff! They are kind, attentive, considerate, professional. Dr. Grupp is beyond wonderful and his skills are the best!
Dr. Grupp and his staff are highly competent and always friendly. They pay close attention to sanitary practices. Rates are fair, and never a problem with insurance claims. I am very pleased.
