This is Kathleen Davis, I have been a patient of Dr. Swindell's for about 30 years!!! He has a good bed side manner, and listens very well!!! I have never seen any reason to see another Dr. in all these years !!! I am on no prescriptions, and he saw my grandmother and took her off unneeded prescriptions !!! She lived to be 99!!! Thank you Dr. Swindell !!!
I'm sure Dr Swindell is a great doctor. My husband thinks he is, but Mercy Internal Medicine, as a business - it is uncaring, heartless, unconscionable. When you call them to ask if they accept your insurance, they will tell you that they do. What they don't tell you is that they don't know or care if they are in-network with your insurance. So if you are stuck with an enormous bill because it turns out Dr Swindell is out of network with your insurance, you are out of luck, because Mercy Internal Medicine doesn't know or car... read more
