I had to constantly repeat myself because he doesn’t retain any information. He asked that I remove my face mask during our session because “we were 6 feet apart”. My son was Dr Austin patient. On the first visit I wanted to speak to him first before my son so he could work with my son about his very specific issue but Austin did not let me speak even though he invited me up to his office. Instead he called my son in and asked my son directly about his issue. Ok, I thought, maybe he has a plan. Next visit was ok. Today, third visit was the problem. If you're thinking about seeing Dr. Austin, I highly recommend that you don't. Please save yourself a lot of time, effort, and money and find someone else. In my most recent session, I had forgotten to do something and for the entire hour, he just berated me for being forgetful and used my triggers against me and forced me into a panic attack.
