The staff have always been very kind and exceptional in my opinion. I have never met such nice people as I have at this dental office. All the way from scheduling my appointment, getting my teeth cleaned, to the final step of seeing Dr. Voler (who is amazing.) I know this is bad to admit, but before I found Dr. Funk and the amazing people who work there I was terrified of the dentist and regularly skipped going. I now go regularly and even look forward to it. I would highly recommend them.
I was calling as a potential new patient with an insurance question. The receptionist was rude and made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. I will never go there.
