My interaction with RN Susan was disappointing. She was unfriendly and dismissive, and I felt that her behavior toward me may have been influenced by my skin color. This made the visit uncomfortable and upsetting. I hope this is addressed so all patients feel respected.
Doctor Farmer and his team are amazing. Very thorough and gentle. They explain everything in a way you can understand.
Dr. Farmer and his staff are always so amazing when I am there and when I'm having any procedures done. I always feel so safe in all of there care. I don't ever want to go to any other Dr. or facility ever. Thank you all at G.I. associates for the compassion and professionalism Y'all all portray. Love Y'all there!
